Replacement or Return

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can e-mail us at sales@womano.gr explaining the reason you are asking for a replacement or return of the product. Please make sure that you provide us with the order number and your complete details. The purchased product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unworn. It must be in its original packaging accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Failure to comply with any of the above mentioned conditions might lead to non-acceptance of the replacement/return. Request for replacement/return or refund must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. Requests made after this time period will only be accepted for defective products. These terms are in accordance with the Greek law, under the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

Exchange

In case of exchange, if the new product has a higher value than the returned one, the customer will be notified to complete a payment for the price difference. If the new product has a lower price, the customer will be credited the difference.
